Please read our Hire Terms & Conditions below and must be discussed with us if you may have any concern before placing an order.

Bling Celebrations maintains whatever authority is needed to update or modify these Terms and Condition whenever without prior notice.

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

50% deposit is required to confirm the booking (excluding bond, if required) . The deposit must be paid within 07 DAYS of the invoice date. Full payment must be paid 1 day prior to your event.

The deposit will not be refunded due to any cancellations by the client for whatsoever the reason may be. However, if Bling Celebrations are cancelling your event due to any unexpected circumstances, full amount/deposit will be refunded to the client.

Balance payments can be paid in CASH or BANK TRANSFER prior to the hire/event. Cash payments can be made on the customer pick up or upon delivery.

A valid ID/driver’s license with current address must be presented upon picking up hire items.

Clients must advise alternative location while booking, in case of wet weather for all outdoor setups. Last minute changes on the day will not be accepted due to the weather conditions.

We maintain all authority to drop any requests in the event that we consider is unsafe or hazardous due to weather conditions or unsuitable venue.

Bling Celebrations will not be responsible for any permit or parking charges needed for the venue or outdoor setups. All expenses caused should be paid by the client.

All equipment from hire must be returned in its original condition & packaging. Glassware must be returned cleaned & dry, Candle wax must be cleaned off from the equipment upon returning. Failure to do so will incur in loss of bond. Extra charges may apply if bond amount is not sufficient to cover replacement or repair cost.

All items must be returned by due date as specified on the invoice unless prior arrangements have been negotiated and agreed upon.

Late return fee will be deducted from the bond ($50 or 20% of hire order charged per day – whichever is greater).

Bling Celebrations shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising out of the overloading, misuse, or abuse of the equipment by the customer.

Customer must pay all fees relating to debt recovery if damaged or lost items are not paid for within 14 days of the invoice issued.

So far as the law allows, client accept all responsibilities and hazards concerning the utilization of all the equipment given to you by the Bling Celebrations which are given 'as is' without warranty, representations or conditions of any sort. You use equipment at your own risk and Bling Celebrations, its workers, specialists and representatives won't be liable for;

All content contained on this site is owned by Bling Celebrations (or the owners of pictures). No substance might be duplicated, re-utilized or replicated in any capacity without our consent.

By confirming a quote via email or paying deposit, the Customer acknowledges & agrees to these terms & conditions prior to their booking.
